Great Measurement & Evaluation Text

As a whole the text is well written, organized, and thorough. Evaluation books of the past have tended to be too complex or too simple; they either watered down evaluation concepts to the point that to teach evaluation appropriately outside resources had to be acquired, or they were so complex that only a doctoral student could grasp and truly use the concepts as they were presented. This text provides a resource for teaching and learning that is appropriate for undergraduate students training to enter the field, practitioners fine-tuning their skills and practice, as well as graduate students learning the rigors of well designed research in evaluation.
